Payment terms
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling or euro. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually). You can cancel at any time - your access continues until the end of the paid period.
- All payments are non-refundable. By subscribing or buying a one-off reading, you consent to immediate delivery of the digital service and acknowledge that you waive the statutory 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- One-off reading purchases are delivered immediately and are non-refundable.
- Deleting your account before the end of a billing period does not entitle you to a refund.

How do readings work?
On the free plan, one single-card reading resets every day. Pro is unlimited — any spread, any size counts the same. Follow-ups and clarification cards are included at no extra cost.
When does my free reading reset?
Your free daily reading resets at midnight UTC. Unused days don't roll over. Pro is unlimited, so there's nothing to refresh. Bonus readings (from referrals and streaks) never expire.
Can I pay for a one-off reading?
Yes. A one-off premium reading costs $0.45 per card with a $1.35 minimum, no subscription needed. Subscribers pay half per card. Start one from the reading page.
What are bonus readings?
Referrals, streak rewards and achievements earn you bonus readings. Each one gives you an extra single-card reading on top of your free daily one. Bonus readings never expire.
What is the intro pricing?
Early adopters who subscribe during our launch period get a reduced monthly price that is locked in for as long as their subscription remains active. The regular price will apply to new subscribers after the intro period ends.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period - you keep access until then. No partial refunds are given for unused time. If you delete your account, your data is removed but no refund is issued for the remaining period.
What is the refund policy?
All payments (subscriptions and one-off readings) are non-refundable. Because Life in Cards delivers digital content immediately, by purchasing you consent to immediate access and waive your statutory 14-day cooling-off right under UK consumer law.
