Premium voice narration is read in a real reader's recorded voice, and is fair-use limited to one newly narrated reading a day. Once a reading has been narrated it stays available to replay, and the device voice is always available. Free readings use your device's built-in voice. Multi-card spreads are also available without a subscription as one-off readings.

- Prices are shown in USD and charged in USD. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually). You can cancel at any time - your access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Our guarantee: if a reading doesn't land, we'll rewrite it or refund you. Reply to any email from us and tell us why. We would rather give you your money back than have you feel you wasted it.
- The legal position behind that: because readings are delivered immediately, purchases are non-refundable as a matter of right, and by buying you consent to immediate delivery and waive the statutory 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The guarantee above is ours, given voluntarily, and does not affect your rights where a service is faulty or not as described.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do readings work?
On the free plan, one reading of up to three cards comes back every week. Pro is unlimited: any spread, any size counts the same. Follow-ups and clarification cards are included at no extra cost.
When do I get another free reading?
Seven days after you take it, not on a fixed day of the week, so it comes back when yours is due rather than when everyone else's is. It doesn't roll over. Pro is unlimited, so there's nothing to refresh. Bonus readings (from referrals and streaks) never expire, so you can hold one for when you need it.
Can I pay for a one-off reading?
Yes. The Full Reading is $16, ten cards on one question, a week of follow-ups, narrated, and saved to your journal. No subscription needed. Start one from the reading page.
What are bonus readings?
Referrals, streak rewards and achievements earn you bonus readings. Each one gives you an extra reading on top of your free weekly one. Bonus readings never expire.
What is the intro pricing?
Early adopters who subscribe during our launch period get a reduced monthly price that is locked in for as long as their subscription remains active. The regular price will apply to new subscribers after the intro period ends.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period - you keep access until then. No partial refunds are given for unused time. If you delete your account, your data is removed but no refund is issued for the remaining period.
What is the refund policy?
If a reading doesn't land, reply to any email from us and say why. We'll rewrite it, or refund you. That is a promise we make voluntarily rather than a statutory right: because Life in Cards delivers digital content immediately, purchases are non-refundable by right, and by buying you consent to immediate access and waive the 14-day cooling-off period. Your rights where a service is faulty or not as described are unaffected.
